Received a bill from Vivid Pathology in Toledo, OH. Said services were performed at Babtist Hospital Laboratory. Never used their services. Bill says for a drug test on a date that would have been impossible for me to have been in the state or area of Ohio. When I called they would not give me any information unless I gave them more information about myself which would be a mistake. Also they had mispelled my name on the bill but had the right mailing address. Never heard of, been to this place. Online research also shows others who have had false billing claims from same outfit.
