Vivian and Pearl Newport Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

I ordered a quilted hooded sweatshirt from Vivian and Pearl Newport for $59.95 and received a shiny, thin, polyester print which was a terrible knockoff of the item's photo on their website. When I emailed to ask how to return the item for my full refund, I was told that I would have to pay to return it to China, and that there was a restocking fee of $20.00, or I could keep the item and get a 30% store credit for another item. Beware! There is no boutique in Denver. Read the reviews of the others who have been scammed by this website.
