Same story as the rest. Ordered April 3rd. Happy to support what appeared to be a small company. Placed an order totaling $16.97. Received the same follow-up email about shipping delay. Tried to contact but no response. I've read that some people received product, poorly packaged and damaged but I haven't received anything. My first thought was that this small business got in over their head and shut down quickly.

Same complaint as all the others Order# 5378 on 4/5/20 for Easter Bunny bath bombs with guaranteed delivery for Easter. Including tax $ 26.78. Arianna Griffin 185 Dakar Dr. Pacheco, Ca. 94553 (if that’s even legit.). On 4/10/20 received an email that due to COVID-19 there is a 12-15 day delay. I then emailed a change of delivery address since this was a gift for my granddaughters Easter Basket & wouldn’t arrive as promised. No other correspondence received. Forwarded my email requesting response 5/5/20 @ 5:12pm and now, after reading all of these reports plan to report this to my credit card company. Shame on them for doing something like this and hope no one else falls prey to these scammers!

My experience is the same as others. Ordered on 4/7/20. Received an email from Arianna Griffin on 4/12/20 stating that Covid-19 had impacted shipping and that there would be a delay in my shipment. No response to my emails and the website no longer exists. Will be contacting my credit card company.

Same as everyone else! I ordered two 4-packs of the Bunny Bath Bombs in early April; received an email from Ariannah Griffin apologizing for the delay and saying that the order would be delayed 12-15 days (that was on April 9). I have emailed several times with no response and no bubbles - $34.

Same here! Ordered the Easter bubbles (they advertised on Instagram) on April 2nd. My CC was charged and I received the confirmation of order. A week later I received an email stating that shipping was delayed due to CoVid. I've emailed 5 times to request an order cancellation and full refund and have yet to receive a response. My next step was to file a complaint with the BBB. I am concerned that you can no longer reach the company via Instagram or their website.

I ordered 2 sets of the bunny bath bombs over a month ago. I followed up for shipping updates with no response. I sent another email cancelling my orders. Again, no response. I’m out over $50. I’m so angry that people take advantage, especially during tough times. Karma!

I ordered Easter bath bombs from Vitality Bubbles on 4/6/2020. Got an email thank you, you’re what makes us great but no confirmation or or order #. Got another email on 4/11/2020 saying they know I’m still waiting for my order but it’s because UPS is having shipping delays. I have emailed a few times asking about status and haven’t received a single response.

Everyone who did not receive their product needs to dispute the charge. I filed a few weeks ago and was told the merchant is also charged a fee when the dispute is settled. I could have written any one of these reviews. Order was placed April 1st and my cc charged the same day. Multiple emails were sent with no response. Did receive them a week ago but like others not the correct amount. #disputethecharge

Same story here. Ordered April 1 for Easter and received some bs email about how we’re what makes them great and thanks for your order please let us know how we can do better. REFUND MY ORDER THAT NEVER SHIPPED AND WAS PAID IN FULL. no response to multiple emails sent. Absolutely a scam. Only $16 but it’s the principle that is infuriating and frightening that they have my card information. May 2 and no response or product.
