I just now realized that I purchased bath bombs from this company in March 2020 over Facebook and never received them. Adrianna Griffin is the person who sent me an email that they received my order and it was being packed up and ready to ship. Clearly I have lost track of time but that doesn't excuse the fact that they are/were a totally fake company. I'm surprised that Facebook doesn't do ANY Fact checking on these companies that sell of Facebook.

I ordered some bath bombs on 4/3/20 and did not receive my $16.97 order either. I did receive an email on 4/8 expressing that they know that I have not received my order but due to Covid there was a delay. I have emailed 'Arianna' several times over the past couple of months with no response and now I see that their site is no longer working.


I also am another one that got scammed, I placed an order for my grandchildren for Easter on 4/4/20. I just now sent a email to Arianna requesting a refund for the second time, but also decide to see if this is a legit business! I don't believe it is! I too will be filing a claim with my credit card company and am also wondering if you could turn her over to the states attorneys office?

To Vitality Bubbles. Never received my order. I have been scammed. Bank only has 60 days to dispute it do I am out $24.97. Not happy


I also ordered the bath bombs for my granddaughter's Easter basket for $16.97. I thought where the company was advertising on Facebook, that they were legit. She immediately took the money, but I never received them! I corresponded with Ariana stating that if I didn't receive them, I would report her company as a scam. She wrote back stating that she put postage on the package and was waiting for the truck to pick it up. That was the last I heard from her. I was unable to get a refund from my bank. I can't even imagine how many people they scammed!

My order was placed on April 5, 2020 with a confirmation email that same day. My Sister ordered it as an Easter gift for me and she sent me the confirmation so I could be on the lookout for it. Just like every other poster on here, we too received a follow up email from Arianna Griffin 5 days later on 4/10/20 using Covid 19 as an excuse for the delay. See below. Can you please do something to get refunds issued and put this scammer out of business and under arrest!

Similar experience. Ordered on April 3rd. Nothing. Phone and website both not active. I paid with Amex and complained to them. They gave me a credit on my card and said they would pursue Vitality Bubbles.

On April 7, 2020 I ordered the bunny bath bombs for $24.97. I immediately received a confirmation email and number. On April 12, 2020 I received an email from Arianna Griffin stating that shipping was delayed due to COVID-19 and I would receive the order in 12-15 business days. I have since tried to email, but the website is no longer available. This company, or people, are a scam! Is there nothing Facebook can do since it was an ad on their site?


I purchased on 3/26 from them. I received email from a Lily, who said she was an owner. Then I received Anna Griffin a senior customer service rep on March 31st. Then I received another email from Lily Finley on April 2nd staying my order would be shipped out that week. Well now it’s the end of May after repeated emails I have received no response or refund. I hope they are enjoying h all the money they have made off people!


I ordered bath bombs from Vitality Bubbles through a Facebook ad on April 7, 2020. I also received the email update that due to COVID-19 I should expect a shipping delay. I have since responded multiple times asking for an update or a refund and have not received anything from the company. Now the company phone number and website are no longer working and yet they kept the $16.97 charge for a product that they obviously are never going to send.

I placed an order with this “company” through an ad on Facebook on 4/6/20. I ordered bunny bath bombs. On 4/11/29, I received an email from an Arianna Griffin, supposedly a service rep for Vitality Bubbles, stating that due to COVID-19 there was a delay with the shipping company and it would be 12-15 days for order to be sent. A few weeks went by and I received NOTHING. So on 5/11, I responded to Arianna, and asked that I be refunded for the order that I never received. I have not received a response. Now after googling this company, I see that many others are in the same boat, and that this was a scam. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.


I placed an order with them on 4/6/20, for the Easter Bunny bath bombs. Received an email from Arianna Griffin on 4/11/20, stating there was a delay with the shipping company and it’d be another 12-15 days. After receiving NOTHING from them a few weeks later, I responded to Arianna’s email and asked to be refunded. I have received no response yet. I hope they are being investigated...jerks! This is infuriating. They need to return our money

I also ordered the bunnies for my granddaughter. Haven’t heard a thing since. I will assume they are enjoying all the cash they scammed from us. Think they are on some beach enjoying themselves? I hope they have masks. I guess the old saying let the buyer beware was true here.

I ordered on 4/1, card charged immediately for $20.92 with shipping. Ordered through Thursday Instagram ad which was supposed to give me a discount. It wasn’t applied - first clue that something wasn’t right! Received email from Arianna Griffin on 4/6 saying because of covid shipping has been delayed. Sent an email on 4/8 requesting status of my order and got no response. Sent another email requesting the order be canceled and money refunded. Of course got no response. Website won’t even load anymore.


I placed an order on 4-3-2020 for bath bombs for my daughter's Easter basket. Credit card was charged immediately for $36.93 worth of product. I received an update email from a person named Arianna, that they were working on my order and apologized for the delay. I emailed back for an ETA for Easter. I never heard back. I have since tried contacting several times. They assured they would refund if I decided to cancel the order, but at this point they are not able to contacted and their website/tracking information on my order are all unavailable!


Scammed here as well! So sad that people take advantage of people like this, especially during these times. I am sure these “sick” people are sitting at home collecting tax dollars on top of taking innocent peoples money. Special place for people like this!


Same as everyone else. I ordered the Easter Bunny bath bombs on 4-7-20. Credit card was immediately charged $16.97. Have tried to cancel my order several times with no response and have never received my order. Contested charge with my credit card. I did however notice that if you search Vitality Bubbles on Google one of the results is the following:

The link on Google takes you to their website. I'm sure they still won't respond. Hope no one else falls victim to these people.

I placed an order on April 4 and my credit card was charged the same day. Shipping was supposed to be 2-3 days. I have yet to receive my order and there is no way to contact the company.

I ordered bunny bath bombs for my children's Easter baskets. My total came to $29.95. I never received my order. I have emailed them a number of times and received no response. I would like a refund.

I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 six pack bath bombs of the Easter Bunnies and Easter Eggs for my nieces as their Easter present. They never shipped. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I’m filing a complaint with my credit card too.

I also am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I ordered the Easter bath bombs for my granddaughter on March 29. I have never received any word from them even after sending two e mails. I was really hoping these would be a big hit. Luckily, our credit card company will refund our money. I am a very disappointed grandmother. Nana from MIchigan.
