This website claims to assist with obtaining birth certificates. I paid for the service and received a confirmation of acceptance. I uploaded my driver's license for ID verification, since I was purchasing a copy of my daughter's birth certificate for her passport application. A week after I received acceptance of the application, I received an email needing me to re-state my relationship to the birth certificate holder - which I immediately did. A week after that I received another email making the same request even though I promptly replied previously. I tried to email, call and place an online customer service request and they have not been answered. I did research on the website and it was just created in October of 2025. This makes me very suspicious of the legitimacy of this business. I have since made a dispute for the transaction with my credit card company.
