The Light Festival/Sky Lantern Festival was originally scheduled for October, 2023 at Sacramento Racewway which was canceled, we were told we could not request a refund until 90 days after the cancelation. They tried to reschedule the event in Colusa County Ca, only to be refused by the city for missing permits. Still no contact from the promoters, I still have not receive a refund. They are claiming another event in April for Sacramento and the site states its sold out. The consumers have been scammed. We want our money back.

Viive Events, LLC 487 E 1000 S Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 was selling tickets to The Lights Festival Singapore festival on Feb 1, 2020. It has arbitrarily changed the date to Mar 7, 2020. We are Canadian citizens traveling to Singapore in Feb and will not be in that country in Mar.

The company has not responded to facebook or email requests to refund the money. It appears this company has scammed a lot of individuals in various cities in the past.
