I ordered through an ad on Facebook or TikTok May 10. I received updates regarding shipping but they would not give me a tracking number. They are now saying things like "the truck broke down", "the address was wrong", "there was no one home", "the building door code was incorrect". There is always someone home at my address and there is no building door code. They are no longer answering my emails.

The PayPal payment is listed as Vic Vil Travel Gear.
