Purchased product that claimed to be from the US. Received the item and it is very low quality, does not work, and smells very badly. Contacted company to return product and they want it shipped to China, cannot be opened, and want to charge a 20% restocking fee. This is an item that was supposed to be shipped from the US and their return policy was not discussed on the website.
