Verisola Inc out of Houston Texas submitted an insurance claim to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield using my name and member information. The claim stated that I had 5 service items on November 24, 2025, listed as orthotic item/service totaling $15,454. I called my insurance company to file a report of fraud and found out that the claim stated pain in right hand. I live in Michigan and did not use this Texas companies service for any type of orthotic item or service. Also, when the insurance company denied the claim, I never received a bill from Verisola, Inc. which leads me to believe they are trying to defraud the insurance company into paying them for random services and then they never bill the "patient" for any out-of-pocket amounts because it was fraud to begin with. The fact that they have my name and insurance information is alarming.
