Unsolicited SMS spam promoting a fake loan-application funnel for a business calling itself "VERFY" (website verfy.co). I never submitted a loan application, never gave consent to be contacted, and the messages are not addressed to me.

Two sending numbers were used:

1) Short code 34804 — sent messages saying "Your app was received" with links to verfy.co/t/#7moe53 (received 2026-08-23) and verfy.co/t/#7za7n8 (received 2026-10-23). Note: this form's phone-number field rejects short codes, so I entered 833-657-0821 as the scammer phone and am documenting the short code here.

2) +1 (833) 657-0821 — sent messages on 2026-10-08, 2026-10-22, and 2026-10-23 addressed to "Christopher" saying "Your app is available" with links to verfy.co/r/#9pw4yw and verfy.co/r/#9q10ey. My name is not Christopher.

I did not click any link, did not reply, lost no money ($0), and provided no personal information.
