I paid for an Adirondack chair- 49.95 on November 2, 2024. After a week or so I emailed them to ask about the tracking of the chair because the number they gave me was blank when typed in. They said they confirmed that the chair was being processed to be shipped. I have sent about 10 more emails and they do not respond at all. I still don't have the chair a month later and tracking still comes up blank. The reviews on their site must be fake because I left one on their site- it said posted and does not show. I left a 1- star and it still shows 0- 1 star reviews. All the reviews on the site are fabulous which fooled me- I felt confident ordering from them. This is the email that responded to me only once- [email protected]. Odd email! Wish you could get them off the internet. Wonder how many people lost money on them. Since they had my credit card, address, phone number and Name, I canceled my credit card so that they could not charge more on it without me knowing. We are retired military of 35 years active duty.
