After texting mutiple times regarding the product, we were asked to send money via Zelle. We initially sent $1.00 to make sure it was received, after confirmation of receipt of money we sent $124.00. The company was to send a receipt, tracking information and the product. For several days we were told via text message the product was coming. We were also told a refund would be issued, then we were asked to buy fraud insurance, which we did not do. We still have not received the receipt, any tracking information or the product.
