Three recent calls. Did not answer. They left Voice mail message indicating that my e-mail account would be inactivated because it was being used to ask recipients for personal date such as SSANs and bank account information.

I do not have much info, they sent text offering pre approved money large sums..wanting me to click on links, which I would not ever do. Text was telling me to move fast the first one they sent had an expiration time of 10:00 p.m. called number constant line busy signal.

Getting calls from NY phone number, no business name or ID of any sort, saying that I am involved in some sort of legal issue with me on the wrong end of whatever and wanting me to call back. Have not done so.

Caller said I was eligible for lower credit card interest rates for paying on-time. He then proceeded to ask me what credit card I have. (Doesn't he have that information?). He asked what my total credit card charges were, and also when my card expires. He said its for verification purposes. All things I think they should have. I never promoted my call (nor did I give him any information) and told him I'd call my credit card company to verify. He hung up.

I posted a car for sale on Craigslist and received a call asking if it was still for sale. After I said yes, they hung up.

Caller said there were 4 orders against me that expire in 24 hours and if I didn't call them back the local police would come and take me into custody.

Left a message on voicemail stating I had to call this number back that their department of physical property had me under investigation and I had to call back to avoid issue of an arrest warrant or any legal prosecution against me.

Automated voicemail received telling me to call back because of allegations against me that would result in police custody.

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I don't answer, but it leaves a recording which sounds computer generated but has incorrect English phrases and is hard to hear. Says something about calling the number back within 24 hours or there will be LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST ME. Number calls periodically and then consistently during a day, like every few hours.

I received a phone call regarding insurance on my vehicle (Which I do not presently own one) and afterwards asked if I wanted to speak to an Agent which I said "Yes", and then was asked if I want to renew my vehicle insurance or wanted to be placed on a Do Not Call list by dialinig 7 on my keypad, which I did. It is most likely a scam because afterwards the call immediately hung up and upon calling the number all I received was loud beeps.

I received a phone call 5/23/18 at 8:57 am. After I said hello, the lady hesitated a bit and then said Is this (my first name). I said yes and she hung up.

Check for $2,400 was sent via priority mail. Instructions were to take $400 off the top and spend the rest on EBAY cards and fill out an evaluation of the store I purchased cards from. Send evaluation to email address given.

Received a call from this number and didn’t answer I cancelled it. They immediately called back so I thought maybe it was a customer. I answered, they used my name specifically and asked if they were speaking to me and I kinda said-“uh huh?” Then they immediately hung up. I tried to call back and it said they had their phone in a “do not disturb” mode. I sent them a few text immediately stating my disapproval and that I know this was a a scam so I had a time stamped record I could use in court if I had to prove I did not approve anything they may try to do.

On my phone the text was left for me / a phone # showed up at the top on my phone / I called it and left a message/// a lady later called and said it was a scam and that they (who ever they are ) were using her phone # /// I just want to warn the public to be aware

robo call telling me I need to talk to a representative about my credit card debt or how to lower my rates. I don't own a credit card. The call appeared to be local and the prefix was the same as my phone. Answered because I was looking for a phone call from the same area but don't have caller id since this is coming from a bank of numbers.

After posting my vehicle for sale online, I received a request to pull a vin check from vincheckpremium.com and to email it to a [email protected]. The contact person first called, hung up, then started texting, aggressively.

Received a phone call from a local number. "Guntersville AL" was on the caller ID. I have ignored this call several times in the past, but I decided against my better judgement and answered. I hear hello is this Mr. (she says my last name)? I responded as I always do, this is He. Then I hear her say Hello, hello, hello Mr. (my last name again). I answer Yes? hear three beeps and then she hangs up. I did not lose any money.
