Had oil changed 12-29-25 at Valvoline, Apopka, FL. In January skid plate fell down and dragged on roadway and drove 10 mph to get home not knowing what problem was. Called Top Notch Mobile to check car and found only 1 bolt holding dragging plate. They removed, I ordered replacement and they returned to place it under car. I went to Valvoline and was told person that changed oil no longer worked there. I gave them all copies of my claim and sent one to office. I never heard from them! I called twice and was told someone would contact me. No one contacted me. Called this week and told claim denied and closing claim #*********. Told me I used third party to repair so they were not covering it! I disagree!
