I made a purchase on the v2 by velare website (V2ByVelare.com) of a matching set for my son in December. I’ve never received the items purchased. Every time I try to contact them at [email protected] they use AI messages to respond that “the shipment is in final stages” “you will receive an update in 7 business days”. Over and over I’ve received messages saying this but no updates come and no product has come either. I just want my money back for the $120 I spent.
