My daughter sent me the link to order her Women's Jordan 4 Retro 'Frozen Moments' in Women's 7.5. Once received she realized the item was not authentic so asked me to return for a refund. When I contacted the email address provided, I was given following response:

Dear ,We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you. If you choose to return the item, you will need to send it back to the registered address of our website, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee yourself. Cross-border shipping costs are quite high, so returning the goods would not be cost-effective.We can offer you a 20% refund, and you may keep the item.
