I had originally called back in Aug due to my account with Utube TV was discontinued to do to my old work gmail had been deactivated and Jason told me we had to open up a new account with my personal gmail. He told me there was a special for $195 and would not have to pay for 3 or 4 months and he stated he would close my other acct. I continued to be charged 2 or 3 times and he did credit one time and then I did have his # and I texted him and he stated he would credit my account if the 64.99 was not credited by the end of the day. It was not and i texted him again and no response and then blocked me from calling him # 272-232-0722. I called UTube TV again yesterday and spoke to another scammer which of course I had no idea he seemed very legit. I was scammed out of 695.00 altogether . This person bogus name was Shauna Dye email [email protected]. I wanted to believe what I was doing was right but was so wrong. I dont understand due to you can not speak to anyone after searching for over 2 hours trying to call and complain to UTube TV , all phone # are no good or it is only for support for problems with your TV . I have reported it to my bank etc. I need to cancel but I need my refund and no way to speak to someone .

I tried to reach out to Utube TV regarding a payment that was being taken out of my account after I cancelled the subscription 3 months before. They asked me to put a app on my phone they where able to see everything that I was doing on my phone and said that I had to send money to someone before they could refund me my $207.00. I hung up on them and they continue to call me telling me that this is legal and that they only want to put the money in my account and i would have to transfer money to them so they can give me my refund. I'm still out of $207.00
