USsunglassclub.com Reports & Reviews (7)

I recently saw a post on Instagram that’s advertised sunglasses that being sold by a company call “topsunglasseshut” there was name brand glasses like Parada and Versace being sold for $49.99 apparently the sunglasseshut was having a 80% discount. I though wow that’s super cheap let me buy two pairs one for myself and partner. After purchasing the glasses I received an email and that email had no reference to topsunglasshut and that made me suspicious because the email address they provided is not a business email either. A day after order the glasses I received another email with a tracking number but and link but the link isn’t accurate nor does it tell me which delivery company is delivering the package. I sent them a email asking for a refund, I didn’t receive any response. This is a complete scam 😩

They changed their website to ussunglassclub.com. I didn't know they were fake until my friend went to the mall to verify that there was a seasonal sale and the rep confirmed that's not their website. After reporting them to my credit card company, they have tried to offer me 25% and 50% of my money back even though I cancelled the same day i placed the order and asked for a return label for 100% of my money back. Now their website shows clothes and no sunglasses, but the website domain in the same. My CC company is giving me a full refund and then I can trash the cheap glasses.

Total money lost; $100
Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I saw a Sunglass Hut Ad on Instagram with promotions/sales for Prada sunglasses. Clicked the website and it is a replica of the real Sunglass Hut business. I purchased two pairs of Prada sunglasses and when I received the confirmation email, it look like spam and checked the senders address and it was: [email protected] With the option to reply to: [email protected].

I didn't know they were fake until my friend went to the mall to verify that there was a seasonal sale and the rep confirmed that's not their website. Then, I realized the support email on their website didn't match their email because when I replied to cancel my order, it said, "Delivery Incomplete". I eventually found their real email. After reporting them to my credit card company, the fake company has tried to offer me 25% and 50% of my money back even though I cancelled the same day I placed the order and asked for a return label for 100% of my money back. Now their website shows clothes and no sunglasses, but the website domain in the same. My CC company is giving me a full refund and then I can trash the cheap glasses.

The new email on their revised website is [email protected]. They just keep changing their site and emails to runt he same scam.

My friend saw their ad on IG as well and I purchase $100 worth of 2 pairs of sunglasses
