I see the ad on Facebook Offering Genuine United States Forever Postal Stamps at a discount price. I clicked on the ad and was taken to their website uspostplus.com. I decided to pay for the stamps through Paypal. I placed my order. Within a couple days they manually post the item was shipped and supplied a United Postal tracking number. It showed it was allegedly mailed in New York. picked up by Shipping Partner Talent Fortune Inc. Each time I tried looking up the US Post Office tracking number it would show label created but not yet received by the Post Office. After 8 days of not moving, I filed a complaint with Paypal. Two days later it was delivered. Picked up by Shipping Partner Talent Fortune Inc. on May 2, 2023, and the post office gets it 8 days later in the same zip code. When I received the envelopes with the stamps inside, I noticed that the address label was placed over another address label. When I peeled back the label, I could see the stamps were shipped from an address in Guang Dong China. The stamps look real but are counterfeit. This website company with 30 other website business names listed at the same address and phone number offering United States Forever Postal Stamps at a discount price.

Selling stamps at 50% off. They look legit but after doing further research it appears this is a site selling counterfeit stamps in bulk. It was set up just like a normal retail website.

Everything appeared normal until they started giving excuses for the reason my order didn't come. The english was incorrect, the spelling, and punctuation was incorrect and the reasons given make no sense.
