Unauthorized monthly charge after one-time use

I authorized a one time use for this company $1.06. When I checked my Venmo they charged two separate charges for 53 cents. That seemed odd. A few days go by and then I receive an email stating thank you for upgrading to a monthly service for $29.99. I quickly replied I did not authorize this, please refund my money and cancel the service. I didn't receive any response. I have contacted Venmo several times that it was not authorized. I have emails showing I said I didn't authorize this and to cancel the subscription. Usually a trial lasts a certain amount of time before they begin charging you for a monthly subscription, so that was another red flag. I only authorized a "one-time use", not a trial, so I shouldn't have even been charged or upgraded to a monthly subscription. Let alone receiving an email that I initiated to begin a month service.

The service use.ai appears to mislead users by presenting itself in a way that is associated with ChatGPT or official AI providers. I signed up for a free trial, but the subscription terms and auto-renewal were not clearly disclosed. The cancellation option is not available in the main account interface and is intentionally hidden in the help section. I was charged without clear and informed consent. This is a deceptive subscription practice. I request a full refund and cancellation of any future charges.

Paid for an AI subscription but got no receipt or login

I purchased an online AI service from use.ai and paid the $100 annual subscription fee. When I attempted to contact the company because I was not provided with a receipt or login credentials, I received the same canned chatbot response repeatedly. Also, there is no additional information anywhere to contact them.

The website offered a $1 weekly trial of using the website for ai (picture generation, etc). Then I was automatically switched to a monthly trial. Even though I canceled the new "subscription" it was already charged. There is no phone number to contact on the website and all of the online info lays out that fine print had the information. It was buried and concealed in terms of use. This is a filthy scam business and people should be warned.
