I was applying for a grant for my home business from Usbusinessgrants.org and i usr klarna as the payment interceptor but i provide some details on my checking account information to have the grant deposited. It was suppose to be done this week and now their site disappeared. I followed their instructions ro a t will providing information on my business. I feel used and abused

Subject: Potential Scam Involving USBusinessGrants.org – Unauthorized Use of Personal Info and Fees

Description:

I applied for what appeared to be a government-affiliated grant opportunity through a website called USBusinessGrants.org. As part of the application, I was prompted to pay a $3 processing fee, which I paid using my credit/debit card. After submitting payment, I began receiving emails requesting further personal and business information, which raised red flags.

The website gave the impression that it was helping small businesses access real grant funding, but upon further research, I found out that they do not provide real grants and that the operation may be misleading or fraudulent. I am concerned that my personal and financial data may be at risk.

I am requesting that this incident be investigated for potential fraud or phishing, and I would like to protect others from falling victim to the same scheme.

This company seems to be targeting new businesses interested in securing grant funding. They are requesting financial records, driver’s license, and additional information to make it appear that they are building a detailed plan for you. However, the phone number only goes to a recording that directs you back to the website and the address is not a complete address as 1 Boston place is a building, not a street address. All of this has made it feel like a scam more than a helpful tool for new small businesses.

Applied for a business grant was told I was approved for 80,000 but I didn’t have any payment history so I had to apply for lendini loan it was 17000 I got 10,000 I’m pretty sure usbusinesshgrants to 2,000 and I had to pay it back weekly for 6 months 177 dollars a week November came at the end of the payments I was told I should be getting a call with in ten days after last payment never got a call and usbusinessgrants.org stopped answering my calls

This company called me after I applied for a grant and said that I qualified for a 9,000.00 grant but I didn’t have enough business credit and they didn’t think I would do right by spending the grant all on business because I did everything through personal. So they said we will give you a grant if you show that you can build business credit. Signed me up with a 3rd party company called Vadar. Vadar gave me a loan of 6,000.00 and I had pay the loan back while it reported to build me business credit. The total payback was over 10,000.00. They said if I paid it all back within 90 days, my grant would be released. I followed all there instructions. Never missed a payment and now they claim bc I missed a payment I don’t get my grant. I proved with documents that I didn’t miss a payment and now they have went silent on me and it’s been over a month. They are scammers.
