In August of 2024, I was contacted by the owner of USA Valuations, Ron Feinberg to perform a BPO (Broker's Price Opinion). I candidly told him I have read the negative reviews on different platforms including the BBB. He responded by saying those agents did not submit invoices. I took his word and completed a total of 11 BPO's and submitted all invoices per his request. He agreed in an email that I would be paid within 2 weeks of submission. After multiple requests for payment, I have only been paid for 6 BPO's. I have 5 outstanding, some over a month old. I truly thought the owner of the company would keep his word and with having a candid conversation about payment the negative reviews would not be true, but it's clear they are.

USA VALUATION SERVICES IS A SCAM

RON FEINBERG of USA VALUATION SERVICES hired me to complete a BPO in Houston and promised to pay $50.00. I complete such request and then never got paid! I tried calling him leaving several messages unreturned, won't respond to emails. AVOID THIS GUY AND THIS COMPANY AS HE WILL SCAM YOU! He will NOT pay you!

I was contacted by Ron Feinberg of USA Valuation Services to perform a brokers price opinion, basically take photographs of his clients property in Michigan, and provide him with the pictures. I agreed to a discounted fee of $90 on the premise that he may be able to send me more business. The job was completed in August of 2021. I'm still waiting to be paid. He does not respond to phone calls or emails.

The owner Ron Feinberg, is a scam artist . They will ask you to do work like BPO‘s and they will never pay . They will even have you fill out your Social Security number and try to sell it to other companies, I’ve never dealt with an unprofessional company this bad.
