The company’s advertising gave the impression that it would provide professional assistance with processing my passport online. After purchasing the service, I discovered that the primary service offered was simply helping customers complete forms that are otherwise available for individuals to complete on their own. This was not made clear before payment, making the service misleading and deceptive. I did not use the service, requested a refund within the company’s 60 days through the third-party, I also submitted a request directly through them within stated 59-business-day refund period but unfortunately it is 60 calendar days. Despite not using the service and requesting a refund within the allowed timeframe, I have not received the refund. I believe consumers should be clearly informed that they are paying for form preparation assistance rather than a service that directly resolves their issue.
