US office and industrial supply - Still scamming

Company called looking for the supply purchaser. I was not in so they took the name of the person that answered the phone, claimed they had an old credit they needed to apply to an order. Shipped us a box of cheap packing tape and an invoice for $192.xx. They've been at this for years and seem to be still going strong. Used employee name on shipping label and in the PO field of the invoice

We sent the box back as refused, did not order and mailed the invoice back to them with some choice notes on it.

One of the oldest scams in the book and they prey on unsuspecting employees at small businesses. Not sure how their employees sleep at night.

I'm sure we're not done with them but anything else they send will just be kept and used and future invoices will be shredded

This company will call and try and get the warehouse, production, or operations manager. Then they send you a bunch of the cheapest tape you didn't order and try to bill your company for it. Unfortunately someone from my company fell for this scam a few years ago and they STILL call constantly from different numbers and iterations of their name, but the scam is the same every time. What kind of supply company doesn't have a website with a catalog? SCAMMERS, that's who.

This company called and asked what the name of the person is in charge of ordering supplies for the company. Once they obtained a name they mailed us an empty box and claimed they shipped us 1 box of 2" tape for $168.04 and used this persons name as the purchase order number claiming we had ordered the product. This was never ordered or received by our company. We do not use names for purchase order numbers and require an actual purchase order to be issued by our company for any products ordered. They have called us trying to collect on this invoice and I have told them what the situation is. They are claiming we owe them this money and will take further action. Our company did not order or authorize this.

They sent us a faked invoice for tape with our name on (but we did not reach out, or give them our names at all.) The tape was never received, and we emailed her back saying that we didn't order the tape, we never received it, and we aren't paying for it. Please stop this nonsense.

This company calls and tells you they are going to send a sample product with a gift card. They send the product and then continue to send products without permission. I tried to cancel the order and they told us that we had to still get the product. The also grossly over charged us for the product and would not take back the product that we did not order. Finally, we got our account canceled and they recently called and tried to pull the same scam again.

Received a call asking for confirmation of our address for an order we'd placed according to the sales person calling us and our receptionist confirmed our shipping address. This company then sent us a box of sharpie pens for $143.28 and then tried to do the same 3 months later.
