Absolute scammers. We received a very polite sales call for printer ink -- sure, we'll try it. 2 weeks later we receive a huge bill, way more expensive than RECYCLED ink cartridges should be. We eat the cost, but next thing we know they're trying to ship us four MORE cartridges we didn't even order every couple months. A continuous subscription no one consented to. Not to worry, under California Business & Professional Code Section Section 17603: “In any case in which a business sends any goods, wares, merchandise, or products to a consumer, under a continuous service agreement or automatic renewal of a purchase, without first obtaining the consumer's affirmative consent as described in Section 17602 , the goods, wares, merchandise, or products shall for all purposes be deemed an unconditional gift to the consumer, who may use or dispose of the same in any manner he or she sees fit without any obligation whatsoever on the consumer's part to the business, including, but not limited to, bearing the cost of, or responsibility for, shipping any goods, wares, merchandise, or products to the business.” Boom. Under California law, products received without consent or adequate to opt-out may be treated as unconditional gifts. Free ink. Don't pay them for products you didn't order.

In August of 2019 we were contacted by a sales person from US Imaging Systems and offered a free sample of their toner cartrages. We were very specific about what type of cartrage we used citing the manufacturers model number on numerous occassions. We use the Brother TN-760 toner cartages and instead received TN-660 cartrages. We immediately asked for an RMA to return what they had sent. They did send us the TN-760's that we needed but no RMA. In December we received another call thanking us for our businessand that we needed to have five more cartrages sent to us to compleete our obligation with them. I agreed to receive the cartrages even though we never agreed to a mandatory order of 10 cartrages with US Imaging Systems. In fact we only ever agreed to try their product, and suddenly we are getting cartrages at a greatly inflated price as compared to the market average. Not to mention the cartrages don't last nearly as long. Yet again we have received TN-660 cartrages and this time a George Foreman Grill. Yet again we contacted US Imaging Systems and informed them that we would like an RMA that we never ordered or needed TN-660 cartrages. To date we have never received the additional TN-760 cartrages and neither have we received an RMA to return the TN-660 cartrages. We spoke today with customer service outlining everything I have said here. I was told that US Imaging had no need for the TN-660 cartrages. I informed them that I was now aware that their company was a dump scam and that if they were in the business of selling toner then they certainly should have a use for the TN-660 Cartrages. I informed them that I was happy to litigate with them as I am confident that we are in the right here. After reading identical complaints here on ScamPulse.com I see this is a patern of practice.
