Mail solicitation in blank envelope with no return information. Indicated that coverage was expiring or expired on my property (listed out my home address). A Record ID was listed at the top of the notice (this is not any account number or information I have had with the legitimate business). Document is not on company letterhead, the signature is not an employee of the real institution, and the phone number is not registered with the bank they are impersonating.

Listed as Final Notice (no other documents were received), short response window to create a false emergency and lacking any significant details regarding what is actually expiring.

Confirmed with the real institution by calling the local office directly that this was not sent from the bank.
