Type of a scam Phishing

Answered but I did not speak and only heard a lot of “snow” then quiet for about 10 seconds then snow again then silence for the duration of the call (about 30 seconds) then the line disconnects and number on caller ID screen disappears. I called the number back and a female with a real sounding voice but an obvious recording “Hi, thanks for calling. This is Lucy with US CAPITAL, can you hear me OK?” I hung up.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

3, 4, or 5 times a guy who calls himself "Leonard [censored]quot; has left me voicemails telling me I am preapproved for a loan I never applied for and then lies and says he talked to my CFO. I do not have a CFO (I am the only one in my business) and I have never applied for a loan nor do I want to nor have I ever made any overtures to do so. I was not taken off their list the first time I returned a call. They are surely trying to scam others into getting a loan.
