They called me from a Del Mar # , stating to call Foster & Lewis as there is a pending case against me 844-599-6090 , when I called that # it just rang and hung up so I called back the del mar # 858-280-2258, spoke with someone there she provided me my full social security # and stated they mailed me a notice , I explained I never received a notice in the mail nor have I been served in person by anyone to go to court. She got upset saying I was giving her attitude when I kept asking questions demanding I pay for the balance owed. I asked to speak with a supervisor she denied that due to my attitude I requested a copy of the letter , received it looked up the case # in Riverside courts and nothing was listed.
