The company says they have product in stock and will ship. They bill the credit card company the day you place order. When no shipping information was received from them I sent an inquiry to their customer service. They assured me it would be shipped. A day later I received a tracking #. I waited a couple of days to track package through USPS. After a week USPS still had not received the request for pick up from the company.

After my order(#1924) was canceled on 6/30/23, I haven't received any correspondence from Urbandel. I attempted to reach customer service through their website and was "denied access". They have completely ignored all of my request for refund status. They never shipped the item and kept my money, bad business.

Made an online purchase on June 1st and received a tracking number on June 11. After weeks of not receiving item, I reached out to the seller requesting a refund and was denied saying my item will be shipped. Once received, on July 31 the shoes are counterfeit! I now how to close my credit card since these scammers have my card info and report them for trademark violations to the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center.

Much like several of previous buyers, the company appears to be legitimate when first researching them, and I too made a purchase through Urbandel Shop for a pair of Air Jordan 3 White Cement Reimagined. After noticing that there was no movement on the shipment information that was sent to me, I begin to become suspicious of the site and then did some deeper research for more information about the company until I ran across this site. Noticing that several other people had been scammed, I then requested and cancellation of my order via their customer service email to only get no reply back to my demands and blocked from their site. I then decided to go to Affirm for assistance by which they only stand by the company's no exchange, no return, no refund policy, and then closed my ticket. I then replied back to Affirm with my disappointment in their handling of my case and their willing ignoring other customers complaint of this business being fraudulent. Affirm the decided to reopen my ticket to give both company and I 15 days to provide evidence of our claim. Immediately I saw movement on the shipment and the shoes arrive to my house on Saturday. I then provided all of the details of the product to a reputable verification company for authenticating sneakers and they failed. Below I will provide some of my evidence I have. There is plenty more. The company has since taken down all the other Air Jordan's seen in the pdf below and have had several people or they themselves, add multiple good reviews on their site in the past few days when there was no more than two reviews and one question they answered stating that the shoes were real.

The pictures in the complaint shows the shoes I've received from Urbandel and the shoes I received from Goat when I could not get Urbandel to respond to my emails. I also checked both pair of shoes on the CheckCheck app and as I thought, the Urbandel shoes are fakes!

I ordered the Teyana Taylor Air Jordan s on 6/1/23. I recieced a tracking number om 6/2/23 which was only letting me know that a label has been created. I called Urbandel Shop 1-901-245-3167 on 6/7/23 to get a status and ofcourse I only got the voicemail. I continued to call repeately for days and emailed. I recieved several email responses stating that it take 12-14 business days to recieve the sneakers. I waited and reached out on 6/20/23. Again, i got an email reply from Urbandel Shop stating they do not know when they will have the sneakers( false advertising) and that i could request a refund. I requested a refund several times and was advised via email.ir could take 10 businesses days or longer.. I investigated their social media accounts and others are experiencing the same scam. Urbandel Shop blocked my emails and no longer communicating with me. Its disgusting practices and I do not believe this is a legitimate company. I do intend to reach out to my local new stations so that the people in my state can be aware!

I attempted to purchase something from this online retailer and noticed after three days the postal service could not verify the package that appeared to come from Celina, Texas. I then requested a cancellation of the order. After no response from the company after several attempts I did more research and found that several other people fell victim to this same business. I then attempted to dispute the issue through Affirm.com to only have my case closed and no attempt to look into the matter. I also found that the company’s phone number is a disconnected number. I even shared the testimonials from this site, https://www.scampulse.com/urbandelshop-reviews, with Affirm and still no actions were taken.

Order some shoes from Urbandale shop that were fakes after they guarantee that the shoes are 100% real. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them by email phone number and it’s impossible to not buy anything from Urbandale shop. It is a scam and fraud fake fake fake

Website guarantees authenticity (Nike shoes). Tracking number issued, but not activity until weeks later. Strange that shipment is handled by third party which upon researched is based off China. Finally sent to a US regional location. Upon receipt, product looks authentic, but after research, it is actually a very convincing counterfeit. Proof of referenced websites and various YouTube videos that product received is indeed a counterfeit.

In good faith, contacted company to make it right, but they want to charge for shipping the product back.

Everything is fake on this site. They seem legit if first searching them but do not buy from them. I bought a pair of spider man next chapters. They sent me a bogus tracking number at first and canceled my priority shipping. Then when I tools them
If shipping was going to take longer than expected to please cancel my order. They told me that once tracking is provided the order cannot be canceled I tried and tried to cancel but they wouldn’t. A month later I received fake shoes. On their site they said they are 100% authentic. Now I have an illegal pair of counterfeit goods and a loss of 200$.
Please cancel this website. It is very dangerous. I searched their address and it’s not legit either. I have no idea how this site is still up.

First they sent a dummy tracking number so I will assume the items are on the way. Then, after days of no updates on the tracking number provided I attempted to email the company at [email protected] and I would receive an auto generated reply back stating the business is closed for the day and to contact them during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). After the first attempt, I made sure to send the next email during their business hours, but to my surprise I received the same exact email stating the business is closed for the day. At this point I began to get worried it might be a scam so I disputed the transaction with Affirm (Shop Pay). Unfortunately, Affirm's policy basically allows the merchant a full 30 days to provide any evidence or proof of delivery to verify the purchase. After expressing my frustration and concerns about getting scammed by this company (URBANDEL) and requesting them to cancel the transaction and refund my money they did absolutely nothing and closed the case because the merchant provided a tracking number. So, after almost a month, I randomly get a delivery from URBANDEL. As I assumed, they sent me fake (replica) Air Jordans that are not authentic products of Nike. I want to return them for a refund, but URBANDEL has blocked my access to their website so I have no way of initiating a return of the product. Now I am stuck paying $231 for a fake pair of shoes. I am beyond upset and would like to see the business get the punishment they deserve for scamming people this way. I know I am not the first person they have done this to, and I'm sure I won't be the last. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP.

Purchased jordan 3's from site that guarantees authenticity after a month received fake sneakers and upon trying to return for a refund return is undeliverable. After multiple attempts to get a different return address just getting go around with email every time acting like it was first time i contacted them. Sneakers were sent back to me

Tried to buy a pair of Jordan 3s and never received the product. After attempting to contact the company they said that it was being shipped, however after fallowing the postage information nothing had been shipped and the company insulted me saying that I can’t read, etc. I asked for a refund and they said that it could take 10 days or longer. It’s a scam website, I don’t care if I get my money back. Just don’t want someone else being scammed.
