Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company had Birkenstock’s advertised on Facebook marketplace for $100 and the add directs you to go to their website Urbanvault.us and once I went there a discount code was offered for a pair of Birkenstock Boston Clogs for $93.50. I proceeded with the order and paid for the shoes. Once the shoes were delivered I questioned their authenticity so I took them to a store who sold genuine Birkenstock shoes and it was confirmed that the Birkenstock’s I received were counterfeit. I reached out to the company and was offered a $30 refund. This is unacceptable and I want to warn the public so no others get scammed by this company.
