I saw an advertised video of an apartment on TikTok and a phone number and I did him about, he sent a link I can fill out a form and asked me to pay $250 for the application and he said that is refundable if I don’t like the apt and he can’t show me the apartment he keeps asking me for more money so when I asked him to show the apartment first he can’t now he doesn’t answer my calls and messages I he blocked cause I asked my money back.
