Ordered a down coat from a reputable company. Received pants that are not sold by the reputable company, with no purchase receipt in the bag. Contacted company and they are working on refunding my money. Got a fake call from “UPS” the next day- they are basically holding my coat for ransom.” Here is their voicemail: Hi this is Diana from the UPS package information department . I am leaving a message for xxxxxx and requested to please call us back at 8 6 6- 7 0 6- 6 8 8 9 4 to provide additional information

information regarding a package from LLBean RSC , but don't worry with the trackings number ending in 1 5 5 7 1 thank…”

This is not how UPS contacts customers and the phone number they left is fake. The number they called me from is 707-557-3001.
