Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was very suspicious of this but because of how excited I was for a pet I felt for it. We were texting and my payment method was CASHAPP. The main reason why I was so suspicious was because of the cash app usernames like $thatgirlgabby13, $gfkshoo92, and $Cappa1ot. None of these sounded like professionals or something an adult would have. They told me they use personal cash apps for purchase because of taxes. That was a complete lie. I researched them later on and found out they were a scam. So my suspicions were right. They were getting irritated with me when I kept asking questions. I even sent them $4 less than what I actually owed and they never said anything. Company’s always care about every quarter.

I paid for a chameleon and then they said they ONLY ship with a shipping company that requires you to pay 400$ through an app payment that they say will be reimbursed and it is not. They do not refund any money at all. Ever. Complete scam. Useless.

I was scammed I fell into their trap. I paid with cash app I ordered three toads that didn’t exist, and then a fictional express delivery company with the fictional tracking number contacted me from the Denver airport supposedly and wanted me to cash app Venmo etc. to them $400-$800 for electronic heated crate to transport my toads in that didn’t even exist. No, no one will answer my call and, the live chat guy on the website just goes away and the live chat no longer available to me . It’s a very convincing website with information about their founding and some of their employees and lots of archived articles going back over many years I was fooled I am a fool for some reason a scam website can continue to operate. Cash app and Venmo and PayPal all help them to take our money. Don’t be a trusting fool like I was do a quick search with the word scam, and the companies name. And never trust an East Indian or a Nigerian. Unfortunately, people are still getting screwed out of tons of money by this site

I bought three snakes coating 259.00 for all three. Then got a tracking number which doesnt come up as valid. I got a call from the delivery company and told I had to pay 429.00 insurance to put them on a plane from Colorado? Would you pay twice what you paid for a car for insurance? When I refused they said the animals were going to be destroyed and there was no refunds. When have you ever seen that from a reputable reptile dealer? I sent the money thru Zelle so not sure anything I can do. Avoid this place like the plague! Also everybody I spoke to sounded east Indian and could barely speak English.

I was going to buy 2 rain frogs. At first i was already suspicious because they were using pictures from another website called underground reptiles and backwater reptiles. This website was also giving huge discounts on alot of animals but they're were still very very expensive ones from 900 to 1000 dollar animals. Then when i went to purchase the frogs it said i had to use ethier zelle, cashapp, paypal, or venmo. I clicked paypal seeing as its maybe the only viable option to get my money back if everything flopped. Then i was contacted by a guy using the live chat saying i would be getting a text soon. I then did some more research and saw the website actually said it had a good rating from you guys which i knew wasnt true. The final straw was when i got the text and he said and i quote " send proof of payment and once payment is confirmed we will send you tracking info" They also wanted me to make this payment through the "friends and family option" so i did some digging found out they were in columbus not colorado, and decided to mess with them a little bit. They could barely speak any english and as i messed with them the worse they got, im guessing because they started to go off script. Im hoping you guys can take this site down and get rid of these [censored]. Ive been searching for a rain frog for years and these guys completely pissed me off. Please take down the site so no one else can get screwed over out of tons of money. Thank you for your time
