Left a 45 second vm message April 8, 2026, 8:30 p.m. Told me to refer to number 34869860 said they were calling from UPMC business office. When call was returned they asked me to verify my account, name, birth date, email, phone. Told me phone was being recorded, said I owed a past due amount of almost $275.00. I don't recall the exact amount. I said I was not going to pay it today and they said they would send me a link to pay - of which they did not.
