At 10:54 AM December 3, 2022, I was called by this phone number and didn't answer because I was busy. Since then, I have been unable to use my phone. No one can call in and I cannot call out or send a fax. I am 80 years old and my son is disabled. I have tried calling them and it goes to voice mail and it is now 8:50 PM and my phone is still not usable. I tried calling the phone company (Century Link) to get help, and when I was transferred to the person that could help, I was disconnected. I was using a friend's cell phone which they have let me borrow.
