We signed up for unlimited vacation club back in May 2026 at a resort. We noticed certain credits on the account wasn't granted and what we were told about use of the credits aren't accurate. We contact them and nothing fixed until end of June when we complained about it and tried charging back. The company thought let's fix it and we are good. NO! We are not Good...We now have a sour taste in our mouth and don't want to do business with this company any further. We requested cancellation and refund of $3,979.00 back to our **** Card. They denied the request and now we are stuck in a bind with a company we don't trust. I also paid fee for a free trip they granted for signing up another $300. I don't trust them on that either when it's time to book the trip. Total breach of contract and want to cancel this account since no service was used. Now there is no access to the site to check my account. Complete Scam. I want this account cancelled all in one and a full refund of $4,279.00.
