My family received a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" Amazon.com post card. It stated that if someone from the household called to confirm then a $25 Amazon gift card would be given. The post card that was received via USPS, had a "RSVN" number located under my husband's name on the address section of the post card. It did not look suspicious but when we called (since we just bought our house), the female that answered the phone was friendly and asked me to confirm our home address with name and RSVN # and then hung up the phone. There was no call back or anything. Months have passed. It was a very bizarre encounter and hope others who move to the area don't fall for the same technique used here. Thank you.
