My boyfriend is currently stationed overseas, and purchased a bike from this company. They offered a military discount and were able to ship it to him. The bike was purchased May 24th and stated to be delivers in no more than 10 business days. After the bike did not arrive, my boyfriend contacted them via email (as he does not have the option to call) in hopes of an update with no response until he finally sent an email requesting a refund to which he finally received a reply. Again after that one, no response, so I then called multiple times the number provided on the "receipt" with no response. Its a shame for anyone to be taken advantage of in this sort but to entice someone of military service in, when their options are limited due to their situation, it is just disgusting in my opinion.
