Type of a scam: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We received a call from a friendly person (woman) who said they were selling high-yield printer cartridges. I said we did not buy printer cartridges but if they wanted to send us the information in writing we would contact them in the future. She put me on hold, and then another woman came back on. She was more aggressive than the first woman. After awhile I said, we do not wish to use your services, thank you & I hung up. Then a couple of days later,we got a phone call back from a man who said they were sending the cartridges & would I please call back to confirm. After a couple of calls with messages being left, I called back & left a message saying do not send anything & we will not be doing business with them. Since then he has called back 3 times. We are not answering calls from them. Their phone Number is 1-800-889-9940 and their actual number is 1-424-645-6319. My guess is that number will tell what state they are in.
