On Facebook the ad was under Ciara Boutique Jewels which said Victoria, BC so I wanted to support a local business. I ordered a bunch of jewelry off their site. When received for the price I paid the quality was not there. I emailed them and informed them about this, they offered to pay back 15% and I said no I wanted the full refund as they in writing on their page said there was a 30 day guarantee. I emailed them again and they said there was a small fee and I could pick something else. I finally emailed them again and they advised me I could return it to them. I mailed the package back on June 17, 2026. I emailed them today - July 13, 2026 to see if they have received it yet. The email came back undeliverable.
