Dear BBB,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against UniUni Delivery Service regarding their failure to deliver my package from SHEIN and their subsequent refusal to address my concerns.
I have previously received deliveries from UniUni at my address without issue. However, since July 2024, after expressing my dissatisfaction with their service, particularly regarding delivery accuracy and navigation issues, they now claim that my address is outside of their delivery area. This sudden change in service availability appears to be a direct retaliation for my feedback, which I find both unacceptable and unprofessional.
I request that the ScamPulse.com investigate this matter. It is concerning that a service can refuse to fulfill their obligations based on customer feedback, especially when they have successfully delivered to my location in the past.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see a resolution soon.
