We received several pieces of mail including two that looked like checks. The information looked like the county was contacting us about our title, it even had a title number on it as if there was a problem between our mortgage company and the title registration.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone morning, noon and night from United Wholesale Mortgage. They even call after 9:00 P.M. This has been going on about six months. They said we want to discuss your loan. I don't have a loan with them. The phone number in my caller ID 866-640-6914. They leave a message to call them as soon as possible. It is very important. I called them back once. I told my daughter about it. She told me not to call them or give my information. It is a scam They said we need to verify your name and the last four digits of your Social Security number. When they asked me that I hung up. I never heard of this company. I think they are preying on the elderly people. I did not give them a chance to ask for money.

Our loan is thru this company. During the purchasing of our home we were told that we would be able to re-cast our loan for a small fee. We had some properties we were waiting to sell so this seemed like a great idea. Approx 1 month later we decided it was time to re-cast our loan. We followed the directions of this company & almost 2 months later our loan has not been corrected. They are clearly using our money to get interest off of it & not correcting it as they promised. At this point we don't even know where our money is. Or what the next steps are. We've contracted this company every week for these 2 months with little to no information provided. I feel this program and this company is a scam and is conducting fraud.

Consumer was told company could refinance their home. Consumer was leary as house has been paid off for years.

Company was supposed to call back and on first call wanted to verify consumer's address and phone number.

They never called consumer back.
