Voice does not ask for a person but says he is calling from "United Financial Solutions" and that there are "multiple infractions" and "pending violations" against me. Caller says to call as soon as the message is received to prevent additional (legal?) charges. The voice mail seem almost threatening. Received Multiple calls/Voice mails from the same voice using different names and one had a different company but all had the same phone number to call back. The number is 866-564-4973. However the calls are coming from many different numbers. I did call it back and he knew it was me as soon as he answered the phone. He also knew my address and phone number. They were supposed to email me a copy of what they had so I did give them my email address. (Dumb of me). Anyways they never emailed it and a few days later I was notified my Wal mart account information had been updated and changed and my Savers Catcher Rewards had been cashed in. Not sure if this is connected or not. Trying to get the email address they used but am having to jump through hoops to get it.

They used the names Alexander Makowsi (sp?) and Brandon Myers both have the same voice. The guy I talked to sounded like the voice mail in both messages from different people and companies. I told him that and he said it was someone in the same office from a different group. I totally believe this is a scam.

I am putting No below for loss of money because I am not sure if the walmart incident is related.

Voicemail transcribed by Nomorobo.com. Definitely a robo caller. Doesn't give a name for who they are calling to supposedly have served a summons at work or home.

"Hello this is Mr Anthony Willandski I'm with the legal offices of United financial solutions we have legal authorization proceedings with their office at this point there is a pending service of summons and about it can be executed at both your residence and your place of employment if you wish to try and settle this matter before we seek appropriate relief before the courts or any proper tourist diction at all I strongly suggest that you press one to speak to a live agent or mediately return the call my toll free number is 833-755-8387 again my toll free number is 833-755-8387."
