My name is David with United Delivery Services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM to either your home or your place of employment. You'll only be making 2 attempts to deliver these documents which will require a signature of proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve, which will result in the pending matter to proceed without your consent. If you have any questions or if you need to reschedule this delivery, you will need to contact the firm directly at phone number 877-791-1404. And reference your file number. Please be advised this call has been logged and submitted as proof you have been notified of this pending legal matter. Have a great day.

This is an urgent legal message intended for (me) (my husband). My name is Chris. I'm calling on behalf of United Delivery Services. We got certified legal documentation being served to: (my address & also another address on same street as ours!) If you have any questions about the complaint being filed or you need to make changes to time & date or delivery, contact the issuing firm @ 844-785-1272. You will need a reference case file number #681-00011. Failure to contact the firm may result in further legal proceedings (my name & my husband's name). You have been notified. This call was left in my vm @ 11:38 am PST. I get calls from time to time using this same format of legal retaliation for a judgement or legal proceeding. These people suck and are the lowest form of life on the planet!

United Delivery Services scam:

A person identifying himself as Antonio Shellman with "United Delivery Services" said he was unable to deliver sealed legal documents (with a case number). He said if another delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the case moves to court. He said I needed to call 888-683-0902 to discuss an upcoming court date and provide additional details. Our security cameras show no one trying to deliver other than our regular postal carrier so this is clearly a scam

Scammer called looking for my daughter, I did not pick up. My phone copied information. I xyz out her name. They called at 2:09 pm on 5/25/26. Called back at 2:11 from 404-341-9272 and left this message:

Received a call and voicemail from 941-214-3299 and 813-305-4794 claiming it’s United Delivery Services and they need my address associated with my phone number for legal documents. They also called my boyfriend and my dad at the same time. They asked I call back to this number 888-683-0902
