I was attempting to change a typo in my name on a United Airlines flight ticket - when I searched on google, this number was the first listing. When I called, they took down my name and confirmation code, told me it would be a $2500 fee to update the ticket due to fare changes. When I replied that I'd have to think on my options and call back later, I was put on hold so that the rep could "talk with his supervisor"; he returned and told me he worked the fee down. This happened a couple more times - I insisted that I needed to discuss with my husband before deciding, and took down the rep's direct line for follow up: 1-855-738-1940. After realizing this was a scam, a search of this number shows it comes up as "customer service" for a number of different airlines. I also found others' posts citing this number for experiences with stolen information, attempted credit card charges for thousands of dollars.
