Select Basic social media posts show pictures and videos of 'great products, designed to decrease chores/work time'. Once ordered, arrives after expected ship date, does not work as advertised. Communication to support on poor functionality of product, was made to feel as if customer was not educated enough to use product. When asked support team to email written and/or video instructions, they replied that do not have that to give at the moment.

Customer was also charged a 'subscription fee' despite NOT signing up for it. At the bottom of emailed receipt, in very small, almost white print, states in 28 days you will be charged a membership fee.
