They sent a message (not email) to pay filing and annual fees for my LLC. I paid $150.00 for the filing fee. The annual fee was $200.00. I paid with a Capital One Visa. The payment was declined. Capital One asked for confirmation that it was me making the charge. I verified it and was told to go back and pay. I did this and now I’m charged $400. I called two times and was told their computers were down and a supervisor would return my call. Of course they never called.

The email they had was non deliverable.

I don’t want to let this go. They need to be stopped. I actually got another fee notice today!,

I will research this place so if you have resources, please let me know.
