This was an add I saw on instagram for testing your IQ. After the initial test you could sign up for a free 7 day trial. I put in my information and right after I accepted everything and had a bad gut feeling. I went to check my account and 2 different amounts were taken. First 1.38, and then 69.15. I did not authorize any of this. I immediately called my bank and got my info sorted but they couldn’t refund me until I had tried to cancel everything first. You can’t find anything on the web site to cancel your account and the email they send you with the confirmation is a noreply email. It was late and I was overwhelmed so I went to bed planning to deal with it the next day but I’m a mom and life got busy so I forgot until just now. I went back to the website and you have to use there chat bot to do it. According the the chat bot and the email I got from them it is canceled now but the chat bot would not give me any information on there email or comment anything that even made sense when I told it you stole my money I want it back and I want my account canceled. It only addressed the cancellation part and and said something unrelated in response to them steal from me. I don’t know if I’ll get my money back now because it’s been a few months since this happened and I only just did the chat bot thing tonight.
