Placed order and received a shipping email from UmbrellaLabs.is within 2 days, along with tracking number.

This was on March 3rd 2026.

Today is March 16th, and the USPS tracking just shows that a shipping label was printed, and the USPS has not actually received the item.

All Umbrella Labs did was print a shipping label.

I called their phone 3 times, and received VM. They did not return any of those. I emailed them at [email protected] on 3 separate occasions, and they never responded to any of those either.

Cannot file a dispute with the bank, as they only accept ACH or Bitcoin. I used ACH for $71.86, and the bank cannot file a dispute for that reason.

Very crafty scammers here, so beware.
