In July of 2016 we contracted with *** *** to build us a new boat. Owner promised delivery by late October 2016. We paid owner almost the full purchase price. One year and four months later we still have not received the new boat. Owner has made numerous promises to complete the boat and deliver. Owner has only offered excuse after excuse why boat is not completed. Lately the owner and the business will not respond to phone calls, texts and emails. We feel the owner has fraudulently taken our money with no intention to fulfill his contract or promise to us.
